Peace of mind for families.
Nearly 2 million children in the U.S. have a serious disability or are critically ill.
It’s a parent’s worst fear: something serious happens to your kid. The last thing you need is to also worry that you’ll struggle to support your family while giving that child the care they need.
Juno eases that fear by providing support should something happen to your child.
Juno is not health insurance. Instead, it provides you up to $500,000 in cash that can be used to supplement your income and help with the additional costs of caring for your child.

A unique safety net for parents.

Up to $500,000 in cash
Juno pays cash straight to you, so you can use it for whatever makes the most sense for your family, including paying for specialized care. Depending on your child’s condition, benefits are paid as a lump sum or monthly for up to 10 years.

Holistic family support
In addition to monthly benefits, Juno helps you learn about your child’s condition, find peer groups, and connect with additional resources.

Benefits that stay with you
As long as your child remains qualified for benefits, you will continue to receive benefits for up to 10 years—even if you leave your employer.

Completely free to you
Your policy is completely covered by your employer. There is no cost to you.
Juno is only available through your employer. If you'd like to recommend Juno to your employer, click here.
Examples of how Juno can help
Noah's story

Liam is an experienced IT leader and a single father of a 10 year old boy, Noah. One day, Noah complains of headaches and has trouble balancing so Liam takes him to the doctor. There, Noah is diagnosed with stage 3 leukemia and admitted to the hospital.
Liam calls his employer, asks for an extended leave of absence, and files a claim. As Liam and Noah battle cancer and are in and out of the hospital for the next 18 months, Juno would help support their family with a total of $155,000. 18 months later, Noah is cancer-free and Liam rejoins his team.

Callie's story
Jia is a hardworking mother of two with a third on the way. She’s committed to maintaining her career as a seasoned product leader. On the day her third daughter Callie is born, complications lead to intrapartum asphyxia and severe cerebral palsy.
Jia would qualify for a total of $300,000, paid in monthly installments over the next seven years. She also connects with Juno’s member advocates, and together they find specialists and programs and make a plan for Callie’s future. Jia feels confident that she has the care support she needs, and six months later she returns to work.
Helping a million children thrive.
We donate a portion of every premium and half of our underwriting profits to charity.
We’re a Public Benefit Corporation, meaning that we have a mission to give back as well as grow sustainably. This guides us in everything we do, including our commitment to donate 2% of every premium, plus half of the additional revenue Juno receives if claims are lower than expected, to help children and families. We donate to organizations that research childhood disabilities and diseases, as well as those that directly help families caring for children that are ill or have a disability.
