The TPAs are the sole entities responsible for receiving, processing, and storing all plan member enrollment and claims information on behalf of the insurance carriers. This separation of duties is a fundamental part of our commitment to security and privacy, ensuring that sensitive plan member data is handled only by specialized licensed TPAs.

Our systems and processes are designed based on the core principle of data minimization, which means Juno and our partners strive to collect and maintain only the data necessary to perform each of our respective roles.
