Juno Insurance Services, LLC is a licensed insurance producer that works with employers and their brokers to offer the insurance products described on our Site. We partner with insurance carriers to underwrite the policies and Third-Party Administrator(s) (TPAs) (collectively “our partners”) to provide policy administration and claim handling services. The TPAs are the sole entities responsible for receiving, processing, and storing all plan member enrollment and claims information on behalf of the insurance carriers. This separation of duties is a fundamental part of our commitment to security and privacy, ensuring that sensitive plan member data is handled only by specialized licensed TPAs.

Our systems and processes are designed based on the core principle of data minimization, which means Juno and our partners collect and maintain only the data necessary to perform each of our respective roles.

  • Information for Underwriting and Rating: We collect de-identified information about the employees or members of a group. This may include year of birth, dates of hire, eligible class, and state of residence of employees and child dependents.
  • Information from Our Business Clients and Partners: We collect professional contact information from representatives of our enterprise clients, prospective clients, and insurance brokerage partners. This may include names, titles, company names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Information You Provide to Us: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us through our Site, via email, or by registering for one of our events. This may include incidental personal information provided during pre-enrollment inquiries.
