Peace of mind for working parents

One of our biggest worries as parents is that our child develops a severe illness or disability. It's also our largest uncovered financial risk, often leading to significant long-term expenses and creating a near-impossible juggling act of work and caregiving.

We built Juno to provide peace of mind for all parents, and a meaningful financial safety net for those affected by a child's disability.

The freedom to choose what matters most

At Juno, we believe that parents of children with severe health conditions should be able to focus on caring for their children and themselves, rather than worrying about how to make ends meet.

Juno child disability insurance covers severe illness, disability, and injury in children, including cancer, genetic conditions such as Down syndrome and Rett syndrome, and severe cases of autism, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, injury, and the more than 7,000 rare diseases that affect children.

Up to $500,000 in cash

If your child qualifies for a benefit, Juno pays cash straight to you each month, so you can decide what makes the most sense for you and your family. Cash from Juno is typically tax-free and can be used for anything, including specialized caregiving, uncovered medical expenses, retrofitting your home, or whatever else you may need.

Limitations apply if your child has a pre-existing health condition. Please read more on our FAQ page.

Personalized family support

Along with monthly cash benefits, Juno provides one-on-one guidance to help you learn about your child’s condition, apply for state and federal programs, find peer groups, identify caregivers, and plan for the future.
